We believe that church membership is important.
Grace Baptist Church is a covenant family of those who know the Lord Jesus Christ. If you believe that God is leading you to become a member of Grace Baptist Church you need to do the following:
- Contact one of the elders to express your interest in church membership.
- A time will be arranged to meet with two of the elders to discuss the church covenant and our beliefs. During this meeting you will share your understanding of the gospel and your testimony of your conversion and walk with Christ.
- Attend a Grace Connect class.
- You will be presented for membership before the church body.
How do we receive new members? We receive members through any of the following ways:
- By profession of faith in Jesus as Lord by baptism
- By transfer of membership (letter) from another SBC church.
- By statement of faith and previous baptism as a believer by immersion.
