Mark Fothergill

Lay Elder

Mark began serving as Lay Elder in May 2024. He was raised in Pulaski
County and is a founding member of Grace Baptist Church. He and Jill
were married in 1986 and have 4 children, Dustin, Devin, Danay, and
Dylana. They also have been blessed with 6 grandchildren.

Mark attended the University of Maryland where he played basketball and
graduated with a degree in Pre-Law. Professionally, Mark spent 34 years
representing several major pharmaceutical manufacturers in the healthcare
industry. He has served as a deacon at Grace Baptist and has taught
Sunday school for various ages groups for over 25 years. He considers it a
great honor to serve the body of believers at Grace Baptist as He joins the
Council of Elders.
